RMCI provides support on dozens of custom-built software applications for Federal customers.

Many of these systems require continued changes and enhancements to meeting changing federal business needs. RMCI assesses new requirements and integrates the enhancements into the existing design in a manner that provides the additional functionality without requiring retraining of existing users. RMCI staff will also, if possible, utilize the original development tools within the original application to ensure ease of future maintenance. However, on occasion, RMCI has recommended a move from a legacy system to modern object-oriented designs. This represents a new paradigm that provides more reliable and scaleable systems, but does require staff with knowledge of these tools to maintain the systems. RMCI maintains these systems independently while client staff learns the tools to support them internally.
