Project Spotlight

RMCI supports its customers in maintaining current network operating systems and architectures. We provided installation, configuration, and system administration for upgrades from Windows 95 to Windows NT and then to Windows 2000 on both servers and desktop computers. The migration to Windows 2000 allowed the utilization of an Active Directory environment to increase network performance and incorporate other security and infrastructure upgrades. RMCI performed this upgrade for more than 3000 users and the associated infrastructure at 15 sites nationwide. This effort included user account management, software maintenance, hardware maintenance, file system and database backups, client software, and problem resolution.
