Ms. Raydean Acevedo founded RMCI in 1987 to provide technical services to government and private clients. RMCI has built on its core competencies of information technology and environmental engineering services to meet clients' needs for outstanding support. RMCI combines quality service with a reliable, cost-effective delivery system. RMCI's continued success comes from:

RMCI's mission is to be the best value provider in implementing sound business solutions that surpass client expectations We build value for our: clients, employees, colleagues, and strategic partners.

RMCI supports small, woman-owned, and minority-owned businesses. We seek these businesses as suppliers and provide management support to them when asked. Several of our employees have started their own companies. On many occasions we have used these companies to support our ongoing projects. In fact, this web site was built by one of our own employees who started her own business.
